Please join us on the 27th of August to hear from two incredible local leaders who share their first hand stories and lessons on running & leading teams, leading yourself (when you don't have a team) and how to best support yourself and your team.
Meet Tara -
Tara Bradbury has been shaping the Fraser Coast property market since 2002, combining her deep local roots with a passion for property management, rent roll growth, and mentoring. In 2019, she founded Active Agents, where she leads with energy, structure, and a love for people. Known for her direct yet social approach, and a wicked sense of humour, Tara thrives on challenges, driving ideas, change, and results. Beyond real estate, she enjoys the Hervey Bay lifestyle with her husband Shane and daughters Isabelle and Sienna and is dedicated to building an industry and a business that supports both clients and her team.
Meet Scott -
Scott Rowe has been a resident of Hervey Bay for the past 19 years and has enjoyed a diverse career across government, economic and regional development, journalism and not-for-profits. After 20 years in the media as a newspaper and radio journalist, Scott transitioned his career into economic and regional development with the Federal Government and is currently the general manager of award-winning local charity Rally for a Cause. A graduate of the University of Queensland, Scott loves living and working in regional Queensland and has sat on several local boards including Fraser Coast Mates, Jobs Fraser Coast, Bundaberg Rugby League, LifeFlight Rescue Helicopter Service, Hervey Bay Bendigo Community Bank, Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Committee and has been a judge for the annual Business and Tourism Awards and Council Australia Day Awards. Scott is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, and has a Bachelor of Arts and is completing a Masters of Business Administration. Across three decades Scott has worked within and led many teams, large and small, across government and private sectors, and is delighted to offer an insight into his leadership and management journey for us today.
We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 27th August 2025 for another enriching insightful breakfast. Please make sure you arrive early to make the most of the valuable networking opportunities our Breakfasts offer.
