Over 10 weeks, participants will be taken through a range of low and medium-intensity and lower impact dance moves that are designed for everybody, no matter their fitness level. Be ready to dance, sweat and meet new friends.Please bring a towel and a water bottle.
Classes are weekly on Tuesday's from 11:00am - 11.45am
By purchasing this ticket, you are booking all 10 classes that take place on the below dates:
• October - 14, 21 & 28
• November – 4, 11, 18 & 25
• December – 2, 9 & 16
