Come along to Brighton Town Hall for this free taster session designed especially for seniors and carers. Featuring two unique and uplifting, arts-based experiences that inspire connection, creativity, and wellbeing: ‘Connections: Art and Dementia’ program and the ‘Movement and Music for Seniors Program’. Whether you're looking to try something new, support a loved one, or simply to enjoy a cultural experience, this session offers a glimpse into two inspiring Bayside seniors programs designed to enrich the lives of older adults.
