The Wounded Healer

Event description
We all carry wounds some we can see, others tucked quietly in the depths of our hearts. Yet within these very wounds lies the potential for strength, wisdom, and inspiration not only for ourselves, but for those around us. This women’s retreat invites you on a transformative journey to uncover how life’s challenges can be reshaped into pathways of healing and growth. Through engaging workshops, uplifting conversations, and restorative art therapy, you’ll be encouraged to embrace change, nurture resilience, and open yourself to new possibilities. Surrounded by like-minded women in a peaceful, supportive setting, you’ll have space to rediscover hope, grace, and the beauty of your own story.

Art Therapy
At the retreat, we will explore the powerful connection between healing and creativity through art therapy, reflecting on the journey of the wounded healer. In our activity, each person will contribute to a larger number-painting artwork one small section at a time. Just as every numbered stroke adds colour and depth to the final image, our own experiences, including our wounds whether visible or hidden can come together to create something whole, meaningful, and beautiful.
