Class Focus and Training:
- Strength and conditioning for turns, extensions or jumps
- Flexibility exercises
- Centre work drills for balance, agility, and alignment
- Mindset and performance psychology (drawing from Mikki's Graduate Diploma in Psychology and current Master’s studies in High Performance Coaching)
Workshop Cost:
$100.00 pp
This workshop is open to any student to register.
