The Visa Oshwal Community Australia Inc.(VOCA) does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, spectators or others who may participate in the Spring Hike - John Forest National Park activity on Sunday 21 September 2025 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (UTC+08)

In consideration for your participation in said Spring Hike - John Forest National Park, the individual, group, spectator or other, does hereby release and forever discharge the VOCA, and its officers, board from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Spring Hike - John Forest National Park.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.

Photographs/Videography may be taken at the event which may be distributed to community members only via email, placed on the VOCA Facebook page (private page) and/or the VOCA website.

VOCA Events may be held at venues that require proof of vaccination (double dose) unless medically exempt. Event participants are responsible to adhering to these rules. Should a venue reject entry for a participant VOCA will not provide refunds.
