About
This workshop is recommended for all Patrol Captains, Coaches, Trainers, Area Captains, Age Group Managers and Leaders.The workshop, presented by Jacqui McConville from JMX Solutions, provides participants with the tools to support club leaders in navigating conflict and addressing behaviour issues early. She covers the four poles of managing conflict management:
North = Knowledge
East = Engage Early
South = Seek to Understand
West = Way Forward
With over 20 years of experience in complaint management, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement, Jacqui McConville is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Certified Complaints Professional and a life long community volunteer in sports and governance roles. Jacqui’s career spans executive roles in the public service where she managed complex complaints and used insights to drive quality improvement and held operational and strategic executive roles within state sporting organisations.
