Join the Port Stephens Events team on our Blue "Seafood" Spring Taster's Trail on Friday 19th September. Enjoy an appetizer, entrée, main and dessert at the following venues- Appetizer - Dumpling Mama's | Yellowfin Tuna Tataki with Sesame Noris & Fried Shallots
- Entree - The Buoys at the Bay | Prawn, Mango & Avocado Salad with Chilli Lime Dressing
- Main - Sandpiper's Restaurant | Bacon-wrapped Scallop Brochette served with Velvety Béarnaise sauce, Polenta Pudding, Date & Tamarind Chutney, and Sautéed Broccolini
- Dessert & Last Venue - Sirena Seaside | Self serve dessert bar with chocolate fountain, fruit & marshmallows, cannoli, custard cream puffs.
