We will be hosting our Senior/Inters Winter 2025 Presentations at the Woodcroft Hotel. It will be a 2 course alternate drop entree and main.Alternate Drop
Entree will be Squid Salad with Chipotle aioli and Pork Belly bites with smokey BBQ sauce.
Main will be Stuffed Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, served with roast vegetables and creamy garlic sauce and Slow cooked brisket served with rosemary chat potatoes, broccolini, garlic butter and beef jus.
