2025 September Food Safety for Youth
This Food Safety Program is the perfect starting point for young people aged 12–25 who are interested in gaining valuable skills for work in the hospitality industry. When you register, you’ll receive a link to an online Food Safety course within a week. This self-paced learning will cover all the essential theory you need. Then, on Wednesday 1st October, you’ll join us at Cheltenham Community Centre for your final test. Our experienced instructor, Steve, will guide you through the process to help you feel confident and prepared.
After completing the test, you’ll step into our fully equipped commercial kitchen for a practical, hands-on training session. This is where you’ll put your new knowledge into action — learning the real-world skills needed to handle food safely in a professional environment.
