We invite you to join us for the launch of our book:Glen Eira Historical Society - Celebrating 50 years 1972 - 2022
In 2022 the Glen Eira Historical Society marked its 50th anniversary, an admirable achievement which our book celebrates. Its the story of a grassroots organisation, its founders and members, activities, achievements and its ebbs and flows.
The book will be officially launched by Mayor Cr Simone Zmood following short talks by GEHS and Dr Andrew Lemon, historian and past President of the Royal Historical Society of Victoria.
Free copies of the book will be available to GEHS members on the night.
Supper is provided and drinks can be purchased from the bar.
