Learn how to support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis with the evidence-based Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course. This nationally accredited training equips adults (18+) with the practical skills and confidence to recognise common mental health conditions, provide initial help, and guide a person towards appropriate support.Whether you're a manager, team member, educator, volunteer, or simply want to be a better support to those around you, MHFA training is a valuable life skill.
What you’ll learn:
How to recognise signs of mental health problems
How to approach someone and provide support
How to respond to mental health crises such as panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, or psychosis
How to encourage professional help and self-care
