Sink into deep stillness as we explore restorative yoga designed to gently support the health and hydration of your fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and weaves through your entire body. Using props for comfort, soft breathwork, and calming affirmations, you’ll create space for your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your mind to settle into profound rest.
Each pose is held for an extended time, encouraging your fascia to become more supple and hydrated, enhancing circulation, and allowing your nervous system to shift into a state of deep renewal. This practice supports stress relief, emotional release, and whole-body nourishment.
No experience needed—simply bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and be ready to receive.
