Sacred yoga of sound, and call and response mantra (kīrtan). Connect with the power of your own unique frequency to help you transform from the inside out with some gentle sounds from a transformative sound yoga (nāda) practice, supported by harmonium, drone and drum beat - live meditative music inspired by rāgas, with tips on mouth placement and pronunciation refinement to support greater energetic connection with the Sanskrit sounds. Together we uplift and open our energy through sound, tone, music, breath and listening awareness, with Siddhi Shakti.
