Pastels - taking them to another level.
This workshop takes your pastel skills to a new level, with the introduction of underpainting on white paper. We will work with composition, design, tone, and colour. This technique will give you a finished painting that glows. June will demonstrate the process, through the workshop. Some knowledge of pastels is required.
All materials supplied. June will have a lot of pastels, but if you have any good pastels yourself, you are welcome to bring them along for your own use.
Please bring an apron or old clothes. Rubber gloves if you have allergies. Mask if you prefer (for dust). Notebook and pencils.
Morning Tea provided. Please bring your own lunch or you can buy from local venues.
