Join Marg (200RYT Yoga Instructor+ Cert 4 PT) Friday 26th September 6.00pm as she guides you through a gentle Sensory Yoga practice that will suit all levels (seasoned yogis or first timers).
Enjoy an evening with some friends evening immersing in the 5 senses as we explore and Flow the Yoga with postures, intention and breath. Enjoy a great Spring Yoga Playlist and conclude the evening in the delight of a Serious Somatic Sensory Wine Meditation / Appreciation!
