Welcome to the registration form for the Sacrament of Confirmation.Confirmation will be held on Friday 19th June at 5pm, Saturday 20th June at 11am and 2pm.
You are also required to attend a rehearsal the week prior to the Sacrament. If you are selecting the Friday 19th June 5pm, please attend the Tuesday 9th May 5pm rehearsal. If you are selecting the Saturday 20th June at 11am, please attend the Tuesday 9th May, 6:30pm rehearsal. And lastly, if you are selecting the Saturday 20th June 2pm, please attend the Thursday 11th May 6:30pm rehearsal.
Please select the Sacrament time that suites you best. Please keep in mind that this is a commitment you are commitming too, we ask that you choose the time that you are able to attend for Sacrament.
Please fill out 1 registration form per child receiving the Sacrament.
Child must be in year 6 or above at school, and be Baptised and have completed the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, to be eligible for Confirmation. Holy Communion Certificate must be sighted by Emma Tyson, Sacramental coordinator, to be eligible.
Criteria for choosing sponsors are: he/she must be over the age of 16 and be a Confirmed Catholic themselves, NOT a parent.
Proof of the sponsor's Confirmation is required. This can be obtained by calling the Church where they were Baptised or the Church where they were Confirmed if different from place of Baptism. Please email Emma Tyson, Sacramental Coordinator on sacraments@holyfamilymenai.org.au
