Hill, I am passionate for all to learn this oil application technique. I love it for it’s simplicity. What to bring:
Massage table if you can and let me know (not required)
Notebook and pen
Wear casual & comfortable attire and bring a button up front shirt or something that can be easily turned around so oils may be applied
2 flat sheets and an extra pillow case to cover the face cradle or 2 large towels and facewasher
Water bottle
Bring your snacks & something for a shared lunch and we will take a break around 12:30 - 1:00 pm
