AboutDid you know Ray Hermann won his first World Saddle Bronc Championship at just 19 years old? While most young riders dream of making their mark, Ray did it!
With his trademark style and unstoppable determination, Ray became a rodeo legend. He rode across Australia, conquering the toughest broncs and collecting title after title. By the end of his career, he was celebrated as one of the greatest bronc riders of all time.
Now, as part of Winton’s 150th anniversary, we’re making sure Ray’s story lives on. A life-size bronze statue will stand as a lasting tribute — a symbol of Winton’s spirit and an inspiration for future generations to chase their dreams.
