In this webinar, presenter Dr Christian Criado-Perez, explores the sources of evidence that decision-makers in the AEC sector draw on, a framework for decision-making that can foster evidence-based practice and focuses on the use and application of evidence from scientific research. Finally, Christian takes attendees through a number of promising initiatives that can help organisations engage more in evidence-based practice.

OUR SPEAKER
Dr. Christian Criado-Perez has experience working in the aerospace industry in roles related to production engineering and change management. He has an engineering background, an MBA from IE Business School and a PhD from UNSW Business School.
Christian currently works at the Business Insights Institute, where he builds relationships with industry to help address their pain points whilst creating high quality research output. As a result, his areas of research are diverse, yet he has particular expertise on individual differences, evidence-based management and on helping organisations make informed decisions by capitalising on data within their organisation, running experiments to test ideas, and connecting with the latest scientific knowledge.
