About
Clinical Conversations is a fortnightly online mentoring space where you can listen in as Claire Britton (NeuroInclusion) and Alyce Svensk (The OT Coach Australia) discuss real-world paediatric practice. Each session dives into a clinical area or practice theme chosen with input from the group at the previous session.

You can choose the sessions most relevant to you — simply add the Wednesdays you’d like to attend to your cart at checkout.

These sessions are designed to:
✔ Build confidence in everyday paediatric practice
✔ Provide a safe, supportive space to unpack clinical challenges
✔ Share strategies, tools, and resources
✔ Learn through conversation and community

Format

• 90-minute live online session via Zoom

• Informal, conversational discussion between facilitators

• Guided group reflection and shared strategies

• Resources and key takeaways provided after each session

Paediatric OTs who want a supportive, interactive space to grow clinical skills and confidence. Suitable for new graduates, early career OTs, and experienced clinicians wanting peer mentoring.

• Alyce Svensk – The OT Coach Australia. An experienced paediatric OT, supervisor, and mentor passionate about helping therapists build confidence and clarity in their practice.

• Claire Britton – NeuroInclusion. An OT with a focus on neurodiversity-affirming practice, Claire brings practical strategies and insights to support children and families.
