Next year, Victor will have been a member of the Liberal Party for 50 years. And yet he's an optimist! Victor's passion is fostering infectious optimism for well-being, leadership, and innovation.Older members might remember him as the Member for Doncaster, but Victor has achieved a great deal since his parliamentary career as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, businessman and board member. Victor is the Chief Optimism Officer for The Centre for Optimism.
