About
Men of Perth - this special session unites the shared goals of Men’s Talk and Löyly: enhancing mental and physical wellbeing for Men through intentional wellness practices. It’s a celebration of community, centred around movement, breathwork, and the connections we create. The two-hour experience begins with Breathwork & Connection, guided by Men’s Talk.This energetic session is designed to boost physical wellbeing, ground the body and clear the mind. Following the movement session, kick the heat up and immerse yourself in a one-hour experience with Löyly Mobile Sauna. Take in the coastline through the scenic view of the cederwood barrel sauna, and have the opportunity to connect organically and build new friendships.
