About

You'll learn to use and troubleshoot Bokashi bins, worm farms, and pet waste composting systems, plus how to make the most of their outputs. Discover how to sort waste correctly and choose the best composting method for your lifestyle from the four main urban systems. Composting is a powerful step toward sustainable living!Jo founded Urban Revolution in 2013, after transitioning from a career in oil & gas to focus on sustainable urban food systems. Inspired by growing nutrient-dense food for her family, she dove into Permaculture and living soils. In 2017, she opened the Vic Park retail store to share practical, Earth-friendly living skills and products. Jo is passionate about composting, reducing plastic waste, regenerating soil, and growing food—knowledge she’s excited to pass on in this workshop.
