Join us for a fun, inclusive dance class designed especially for people with an intellectual disability. Delivered by accredited DanceSport coaches. Ability Dance encourages physical activity, social connection, and creativity in a safe, welcoming environment.

No previous dance experience is needed — and support workers are warmly welcome!
