Maidens Circle – Empowering Girls 11–17Join us for a nurturing and uplifting gathering designed to support girls in their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore:
🌿 How to nourish and honour our bodies
💨 Breathwork practices for emotional balance
🌙 The magic of moon cycles
🪄 Creating an intention (magic) jar with crystals & herbs, led by Nicki from Sacred Rhythms Wellbeing
We’re also thrilled to welcome Bianca, a body positivity advocate and coach, who will share empowering tools for self-acceptance, confidence, and loving the skin you’re in.
✨ The circle will be engaging, fun, and supportive — with delicious snacks included!
