This two-day online workshop is designed for counsellors and therapists working with trauma, dissociation, and complex PTSD (C-PTSD) to integrate principles from Structural Dissociation Theory, Ego State Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Schema Therapy. The training will also include various strategies for managing Complex PTSD with Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Participants will deepen their understanding of the neurophysiology of trauma, Polyvagal Theory and the processes underlying dissociation. Participants will acquire practical skills in assessment, stabilisation, resource activation, trauma processing and integration.
