Curious about yoga but not sure where to start?This 4-week Yoga Foundations course is designed for complete beginners and those wanting to reconnect with the basics.
Across four progressive sessions you’ll learn:
✨ Key postures for strength, balance, and flexibility
✨ How to use the breath to calm the mind
✨ Safe alignment and modifications for your body
✨ Relaxation and simple meditation techniques
By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident to step into any yoga class with ease.
No experience is needed — just bring yourself, a mat if you have one (spares available), and an open mind.
