Join Karen and Lindsay for a balancing Sound Bath & Reiki Journey on Saturday, September 6th.You'll be warmly welcomed into a beautiful, safe sanctuary for a mini, yet powerful reset.
Reconnect with your inner peace and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit in this deeply nourishing 90-minute sound bath infused with reiki.
You’ll be guided into gentle breath and deep relaxation before being immersed in a beautiful soundscape designed to support deep surrender and energetic alignment. Allow yourself to be taken on a soulful journey with the healing frequencies of 432hz tuned crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, drums, rainstick, ocean drum, and a variety of other instruments.
Throughout the session, each participant will receive individual reiki and the energy of reiki will also be offered into the space.
This powerful fusion of sound and energy healing allows for deep nervous system regulation and brings your entire system back to harmony.
