This October long weekend, Pialligo Estate invites you to experience the very best of food, wine, and hospitality in the heart of Canberra. Our inaugural Food & Wine Weekend brings together premium dining experiences, interactive events, regional wine showcases, and live entertainment in one stunning setting.At the centre of the celebration is celebrity chef Callum Hann, fresh from his success as runner-up on MasterChef: Back to Win (2025). Known for his energy, creativity, and passion for seasonal produce, Callum will headline the program with:
• An Exclusive Multi-Course Dinner in the Pavilion Dining Restaurant (Saturday evening)
• A Hosted Lunch in the Pavilion Dining Restaurant (Sunday)
• A Live Cooking Demonstration
Alongside Callum, guests can enjoy:
• Gin Masterclass with @themartiniwhisperer – an intimate tasting and cocktail experience
• Canberra Region Wine Tastings – discover our region’s finest vineyards
• Live Music by Tori Chard – Sunday 12–3pm.
