This October long weekend, Pialligo Estate invites guests to immerse themselves in a three-day celebration of food, wine, and exceptional experiences. The Pialligo Estate Food & Wine Weekend, held from Friday 3 October to Sunday 5 October 2025, brings together award-winning chefs, premium Canberra-region wines, curated masterclasses, all against the backdrop of one of the region’s most picturesque estates.Saturday evening marks the pinnacle of the weekend’s fine dining offering – an intimate hosted dinner in The Glasshouse at Pialligo Estate, featuring two of Australia’s most celebrated chefs. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated menu that highlights seasonal produce, and regional wines, all designed to showcase the artistry and collaboration of the featured culinary talents.
Sunday, 5 October 2025 consists of a Cooking Demonstration & Hosted Lunch in the Pavilion Dining Restaurant with Callum Hann outdoor morning tea experience hosted by acclaimed patissier MIKO.
