Time	6:45pm meet outside the hall (gather on the grass near the park). Due back at the hall by 8:15pm
Location	Walking from our Hall to McDonalds, Abbott Road, Seven Hills (and back!)
Cost	No cost to go on the walk, but Cubs will need to bring money for anything they want to buy at McDonalds
Registrations Close:	Monday, 25 August 2025 @ 6:45pm
Event Registrations:	Note: - This event is enabled for E-Permission with online registration and electronic signatures. - Please retain your electronic tickets for this event. This is your copy of the participant's registration and consent. - Registration must be received for each person attending this event. - Attendance will not be accepted without registration. - No cash or EFT will be accepted unless organised with your leaders prior.

General Information

Dear Cub Scouts & Parents,

1st Balcombe Heights Cub Scouts will be stretching their legs with a night walk from our hall to McDonalds - and back!

No cost to go on the walk, but Cubs will need to bring money for anything they want to buy at McDonalds.

Meet outside the hall at 6:45pm and we will be walking back to the hall with an ETA of 8:pm.

Feeling energetic? Come along for the walk! - just fill a registration for yourself as well.

Please bring a backpack with essential listed under 'requirements' below - including a rain jacket.

Transport:

Make your own way to the hall.

Wet Weather:

Barring severe weather, this event will run in the rain. Bring a rain jacket!

The event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather and alternate activities will be conducted in the Scout hall.

Requirements:

Participants will need to wear uniform to and from the venue and bring the following:

Rain jacket
Water Bottle
First Aid Kit
Headlamp / torch
Warm jumper
Appropriate shoes (enclosed shoes for walking)
Spending money
