Sound bath help to entrain our brainwaves, slowing the busyness of the mind down. They activate our parasympathetic nervous system taking us into a state of rest and repair. They bring our cells back to harmony and release feel good hormones.
This is the gift your hardworking dad or grand dad will love! This day isn't just for dads. It's open to everyone.
You'll be guided into gentle pranayama (breath) then settle in for a relaxing sound bath utilising 432hz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, percussion and more.
