BEYOND CHALLENGE U10 & U 14 Foil Competition #1
About
Sydney Beyond Fencing is excited to launch the Beyond Challenge, a brand-new competition series designed to give our young fencers more opportunities to compete, learn, and grow together.The U10 & U14 foil event provides a supportive, fun, and competitive environment where young fencers can:
- Build basic understanding and experience the excitement of competition
- Connect with fencers from different clubs and strengthen the fencing community.
U14 will be held on 21/9 Sunday at 8:30am; U10 at 1pm. Mixed poule might be formed if female entries are low. Seperate DE will be carried out. Top 4 will be awarded medals. The DT reserves the right to adjust the formula without prior notice.
For U10, the poule - 2 min, 3 points and DE - 10 points across three 2-minute periods. Size 0-5 blade allowed.
NSWFA School competition equipment standard applies. On 1 Jan 2025, if you are not 10 or 14 years old, you are eligible to enter the event accordingly. Fees non-refundable.
