Event will only proceed if a minimum sales threshold is met by 28 Sept 25.
Once the minimum sales threshold is reached ticket holders will receive an email confirmation.
If the minimum sales threshold is not reached the event will be cancelled.
In the case of cancellation, each ticket purchased will be refunded (to original purchase method) in full less $0.50 processing fee per ticket.
