The Garden of Choices Workshop invites you into a creative and reflective space where art becomes a mirror for your life. Through guided activities, you will design and create a visual “garden” that represents the ecosystem of your world—your values, influences, challenges, and opportunities for growth.As you work with colours, textures, and symbols, each creative choice becomes a metaphor for the choices you make in life. The process encourages self-awareness, mindful reflection, and new perspectives on how you see yourself in relation to others and the future.
