The wonderful staff at Hooker 1 will be there with a top class deckhand, host and Shimano gear, bait, tackle to help expert and amateur fishermen alike - and will clean, bag and ice your catch for you! You can expect quality reef fishing all year round - with Hooker 1 commonly trolling for Pelagics, Black Marlin, Dolphin Fish (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Spotty Mackerel, Pearl Perch, Snapper, Venus Tusk fish, Traglin Jew, King fish, Amberjack, Cobia… the list goes on! These wines were produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate located in the Margaret River region. Grapes are harvested by hand, and the wines have no additions of yeast or acid or malolactic culture. These natural wines truly express the sense of place, the land on which the grapes are grown, and the people who produce these fantastic wines.
