HEELS TECHNIQUE INTENSIVE: 13-14 September
(suitable for beginners and seasoned heels dancers)
Join Rocio for a 3-hour international Heels technique intensive designed to strengthen your foundations, sharpen your execution, and polish your performance. All levels are welcome: beginners will gain confidence, while experienced dancers will be challenged to unlock new levels of precision and style ðŸ‘
BYO yoga block and stretch band. Day 2 of the intensive will also revisit contents of day 1. It is recommended to book both sessions. ONLY 30 SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PRIVATE TRAINING PROGRAM.
