In WK 2 of the school holidays prepare for a high performance experience focusing on contact, grappling and winning the tackle. All sessions will be at Matrix Boxing Gym. At Extras Club we don't make excuses, we know Effort is everything!🥋 💪 Our most popular sessions are our contact sessions for kids - Teaching wrestling & Grappling techniques for Footy, winning the ruck and improve their contact techniques. This helps to build confidence & get them used to the impact safely!
Due to overwhelming interest in the Winter Holiday Clinic, numbers are strictly capped at 20 per class.
