This Netball Club Program is EXCLUSIVE to players from Royals Netball Club | Norman Park (MDNA, Brisbane) on Wednesday afternoon for 6 weeks.

It is a dynamic program for players aged 9 years incorporating essential movement skills (balance & landing from a jump, leap, hop and sprint) and core ball skills (catch plus chest, shoulder, bounce & lob pass). These skills are applied to fundamental attack principles (variety of leads, combining with others, ball progression downcourt) and defence strategies (1:1 marking, contesting & intercepting and recovery to 3ft).
