Venue: SkyCity Adelaide – Ballroom East, on Wednesday, 3rd September, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.On the night, there will be an announcement for the Black Falcons Men’s and Women’s teams, who will be representing South Australia at the Australian Rugby Shield in October.

Main (Alternate Drop): 300g Porterhouse Steak, duck fat potatoes, broccolini, confit cherry tomatoes, chimichurri OR Lemon & Thyme Poached Chicken Breast, fondant potato, broccolini, carrot chips, creamed romesco sauce
Dessert: Strawberry cheesecake with Earl Grey cream and seasonal strawberries
Vegetarian Option: Charred aubergine, coriander oil, garlic labneh, pomegranate, pistachio
Cost: $90 per person
