Join us for Hillstone Harvest, our new long lunch series. A slow, sun-drenched afternoon built around good food, good wine and even better company.Curated by Executive Chef Nacho Castells, this seasonal feast showcases local ingredients and boutique Australian wines. Tickets are $165 per person and include a 6-course menu, 2-hour beverage package with a welcome cocktail and an afternoon of dining and connection.
Expect warm sourdough with saltbush and smoked cultured butter, Mooloolaba yellowfin tuna with vibrant fermented cherries, Brisbane Valley quail roulade with nduja and blood orange, and Olive Grove wagyu rump glazed in native rub and red wine jus. Dessert? First a lime and coconut refresher, then a burnt peach pavlova that tastes like peak Australian summer.
Seats are limited, gather your people and come celebrate Spring the way it was meant to be tasted.
Please note, in the nature of a long lunch, you will be seated next to other attendees on long tables.
