This two-part in person workshop series explores how the nervous system organises action, shaping how we move, balance and adapt. Each session includes two Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes and a guided group discussion, blending practice with reflection.Inward – Workshop 1: Finding Your Centre
Centre is not a fixed point but a dynamic reference we can return to. The nervous system continually seeks equilibrium, providing stability without rigidity and supporting adaptability and ease.
Outward – Workshop 2: Navigating Transitions
Everyday transitions become opportunities for exploration. Curiosity and variation help the nervous system adapt with confidence and lightness, supporting our ability to move outward into the world.
Workshops can be taken separately, but doing both offer a more complete experience of inward and outward exploration.
