Join us with Sanitarium and the Rotary Club of Gosford City's Wellness Walk along the beautiful Gosford waterfront – a morning of connection, conversation, and wellbeing. Timed to coincide with Mental Health Month, this event highlights the importance of staying well and happy at work and in life. By taking part, you’re supporting Rotary’s health and wellness programs locally and around the world. After the walk, enjoy a hearty breakfast and be inspired by our fabulous Rotarians. We are proud to be supported by Rotarians from all over the coast in this important community endeavour.Come along solo, with friends, or as part of a workplace or community team – everyone is welcome!
Wear your team colours, show off your work logo, or simply come as you are. To add to the fun, we’ll have surprise prizes for creativity and spirit. A wonderful way to support community wellness together!
