Join us for a very informative weekend and learn what is means to be a wildlife rehabilitator in WA. This course provides essential information for anyone interested in rehabilitating wildlife. Topics include legislation, licensing, focused workshops on native mammals, birds and reptiles, and an opportunity to network with professionals in the field. This course is also suitable for veterinary nurses to learn about wildlife first aid and care.This course has been developed by the Wildlife Emergency Response Group (WERG). WERG was formed to provide support, information and assistance to wildlife rehabilitators in Western Australia with a focus on coordinating responses to natural disasters that may arise in the State.
