For September’s tasting, we'll explore the character of Speyside through a curated selection of whiskies, from both rare official releases and unique independent bottlings.

This collection is a testament to the region's versatility, offering a glimpse into the classic house styles alongside one-of-a-kind, single-cask expressions, where the conversation between spirit and wood will be on full display.

Join us as we explore the diverse flavours of Speyside and the artistry of the whisky maker.

We will be having:

• 2009 A.D. Rattray Cask Collection Knockdhu 15 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• That Boutique-y Whisky Company Strathmill 14 Year Old Batch 10 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• 2015 Signatory Vintage Miltonduff 8 Year Old 100 Proof Edition #24 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• Mortlach The Katana's Edge (Special Release 2023) Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• That Boutique-y Whisky Company Glentauchers 10 Year Old Batch 14 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

While whisky is of course provided for the tasting, you are also welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal (light meal provided).

Please make sure you bring your own glasses for the tasting, as glasses provided by the venue are limited.
