It's back again - the Young Adults Weekend Away.
The heart of the weekend is about creating a space for our Young Adults to enjoy spending time together as part of the same church family.
Expect an easy-going weekend of hanging out, games, and getting some fresh air - maybe even a hike. It'll be fairly laid back and largely shaped by what you guys want to do.
There'll be a few structured things (eg. guest speaker sessions and meal times). Food & accom will all be catered for and included in the price (and some of us might pitch a tent to sleep under the stars).
Here are some details:
When: Friday 14th November (official kick off with supper at 7:30ish), wrapping up in Diamond Creek, after the Sunday@6 service on Sunday November 16th.
Where: Breakaway Camp Site – 378 Glendale Lane, Taggerty, Victoria. Make your own way there, or carpool with friends.
Cost per person: $105 for the full weekend ($90 Early Bird rate if you pay by Oct 19), $70 for a Day Stay (Saturday only)
This price is inclusive of meals. Breakaway Youth are one of our mission partners at St John's Diamond Creek and have generously provided our accommodation once again. All remaining funds after the weekend will be donated to them.
If the only reason you couldn't come is financial, use the code 'HelpPlease2025', and in the comments provide a basic explanation for your request for assistance.
There is to be no alcohol brought onto the campsite premises.
