Contemporary Tumbling & Floor Workshop

Get ready to fly, fall, and roll with confidence.  In this dynamic workshop, you’ll explore a mix of contemporary floor work and tumbling techniques that will take your performance skills to the next level. Learn how to fall and roll safely, build strength through targeted conditioning, and discover tricks to add height, flair, and drama to your movement.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced mover, this workshop is designed for all abilities, you’ll leave feeling stronger, braver, and ready to own the floor.

What to bring: A drink bottle and a shoulder-covering shirt for safe movement. Long pants recommend but not essential.

Drama & Performance Making Workshop

Create & perform a play in one day!

Join NIDA Graduate Benhur Helwend and actor Pheebi Lockley for an exciting adventure where you'll create, rehearse and perform an entire play, all in just one day!

With props, costumes and a stage at your fingertips, you’ll bring a script to life, where your imagination is the only limit.

The day wraps up with Play In a Day! With a special showing for family and friends that celebrates the creativity of every participant.
