Come and learn how reframing your family’s relationship with technology can help in developing protective factors that can help you be a better parent in our tech-saturated world. How can we all deal better with the mindless scroll and support our children to develop healthy habits and values in the use of digital technology and avoid scams online. We will talk about the approaches and messages within our workshops and share stories, approaches, strategies informed by the latest research that can help guide us to be better parents in this digital age.
