About the Program: This 6-week yoga program is designed specifically for PBC’s Sports Excellence students to enhance mobility, improve recovery, and prevent injury.Each session will focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, breathing exercises and relaxation.
Led by Isla O’Hara from Twyst Yoga, the classes are accessible and engaging, helping students build physical resilience, mobility and mental focus.
No prior yoga experience is needed just a willingness to show up and give it a go.
