Take a pause from the busyness of life and let the gentle tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls soothe your nervous system.Join me for an intimate and immersive 60-minute sound meditation designed to support you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and refreshed.
This session offers a gentle way to nurture your body, mind and emotions back into harmony. The vibrations of the singing bowls help to release tension, reduce anxiety, clear stagnant energy and restore balance - leaving you feeling more connected to your true self.
No prior meditation experience is needed - just come curious, ready to relax and open to the experience.
- This session is NOT recommended for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in their first trimester of pregnancy
- Only 12 spots available
- Must bring a yoga mat & water
- Wear comfortable clothes and socks
- For extra comfort: bring blanket, small pillow/rolled towel as you will be lying down
- Please arrive by 4:20pm to settle into your spot
